Adaptive Works
WS Building Services is a trusted partner of local councils, delivering wetrooms, door widening, and ramp access for disabled and vulnerable people across Shropshire. We also work on both private grant-approved and privately funded adaptive building work.
We pride ourselves on making any living space accessible to all, and get so much joy from seeing our clients use a space that used to be a hurdle.
We work closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs), social care teams, surveyors, and architects to create a space that meets our clients’ needs. We build functional, practical and beautiful spaces to live in.
Project Management
Our Managing Director, Craig Ward, draws on his 25+ years of experience to ensure every project runs smoothly. He guides our clients through the build, making sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
Our Operations Director, Robert Spink, is on-site guiding and instructing his team, and is always on hand for client questions or queries.
